Every Animal that we remove is relocated to an appropriate place. We take the animal far enough away so that it will not return and in an area that the animal will be happy to live in. We do not euthanize healthy animals. Any injured or orphaned baby animals are taken to Licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator Jen Lewis. Mrs. Lewis can be reached by calling 212-1039. Animals that show signs of the rabies virus are euthanized and if they have had contact with a person or domestic animal they are taken to the health lab in Augusta to be tested for the virus. |
